Are you still wearing High Heels?
High heels push the center of mass in the body forward. The muscles in the body try to re-correct the center of mass to maintain the balance of the body. Excessive activity of the muscles leads to various body pains including Knee pain Back pain up to Neck pain. Prolonged use of high heels can lead to postural deformities such as an increased lordotic curve or excessive pelvic rotation. When the heel goes up it will increase the pressure on the forefoot which may lead to pain or calcification under the great toe. If you have such condition It's the time for you to seek a Medical or Physiotherapy advice.
